I miss Safari's "Open pages in tabs instead of windows: Always/Never/Automatically" setting. When I open and outside link, say in Mail, I prefer to have it open a new browser window, not usurp a current browser window. It's like a fresh start ... and I don't want it covering an existing windwo. I guess Safari has that setting for a reason, and I am one that has always set it to "Never." I realize this setting is becoming deprecated it seems, as only Firefox and Safari have it to my knowledge.
