Hello!
If you enable PiP (Picture in Picture Video) feature and switch tabs with command+option+left or command+option+right the content becomes cropped 
.
If you switch tabs with mouse (cursor), or with command+1, command+2, etc. Everything works as expected. 
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Orion
- Open several tabs (at least one with a video playing)
- Start switching tabs with command+option+left or command+option+right
- Notice cropped content in the opened frame (reproducable with youtube, twitch, kick)
