Brand new user and on every web page, I'm finding the inertial scrolling pretty frustrating. If I swipe the screen to initiate an inertial scroll down the web page and then quickly swipe again to scroll (in either direction), the second swipe is always missed. This repros 100% if the second swipe is soon after the first.

Maybe I shouldn't do this as a user but this jumped out at me in the first 20 seconds of using Orion. I don't experience this in any other apps on iOS, including Safari, to my knowledge.

The second swipe should not be missed even if the first scroll action was just initiated.
