When I scroll up or down on a page, the tabs bar will expand and contract in a way that stops the scroll momentarily and has a disjointed effect. This started happening maybe a week or two ago with no correlation to any updates or changes to my tablet that I can recall. I usually have over 100 tabs open in the background so that’s not abnormal. This doesn’t happen in Safari. It isn’t responsive to closing/reopening Orion or turning my iPad off and on.

It used to expand and contract with no issue. Here’s an example of what it looked like before, just in Safari because I don’t have footage of the same thing in Orion.
