I was checking my PiHole logs and saw that my machine was sending thousands of requests to the point of getting rate-limited, even while I wasn't actively browsing, including some requests for pages I've already closed. These requests are coming from my "Primary" Orion instance - other profiles (and other browsers) seem appropriately quiet when inactive, and quitting the Primary instance instantly stops the spam.
Example: right now I have only this one orionfeedback tab open, but over in the PiHole logs, a steady stream of requests is rolling in for yt3.ggpht.com.

That's nowhere to be found on this page - it's from a tab that I last loaded half an hour ago, and closed 20min ago.

I expect my browser to not machine-gun repeat requests for tabs that are static and inactive and especially if they're closed. It hammers my battery and network and gets me rightfully rate-limited.
