Specify Default Filter Lists

The support documentation and Discord/Feedback forum often reference the “default” filter lists, but I can’t find anywhere that actually lists what filter lists Orion recommends by default since the browser offers several with some of them turned off. I’ve fiddled with them over time and would like to know what lists were the original default lists.

I suggest adding a UI element (such as an asterisk) in the content lists setting page on both iOS as well as desktop to indicate what lists are recommended by the Orion team as the default lists to turn on.

Question about de-duping still stands.

Also, can someone clarify whether or not Orion dedupes the content filter lists when it implements them? Just trying to understand the potential trade-offs for turning on more lists than just the default ones.

I'll first look into it, but I think this is something that should ideally be done at the source level and not in the browser. It's likely to slow things down a bit.
