- If I try to use a videoconferencing tool from Orion (e.g. Slack), I get prompted to authorize mic & camera when I try to start the call. Everything works.
- If the same tool is launched as a PWA (from Tools > Install this site as an app > click on the app icon), I get an error message from the app (e.g. "Can’t access camera and microphone - check your browser settings") and there is no prompt to authorize access.
- In Mac OS X's System Preferences, under Security & Privacy > Camera, there is no app to authorize.

When a website that uses mic & camera is launched as a PWA, I expect it to prompt for an authorization to use them, just as it happens when the same website is launched in a regular Orion tab.
