Action.openPopup silently fails on mobile

Call action.openPopup()

The promise resolves but nothing happens. The action popup is supposed to open.

Would you be able to give more details?
For instance, do you have sample pages in which this is used and not working in Orion?

@jeanetienne Sure. Currently on mobile Safari is the only browser supporting action.openPopup. Firefox Android silently fails like Orion currently does. While from what I remember chrome throws when calling action.openPopup on mobile. In any case, seems silently failing is unexpected and one would expect to throw when openPopup does not actually open a popup.
