As a user with vision challenges, I urge the development team to prioritize a Global UI Scaling option. The current default size for fonts and icons is simply too small, leading to significant frustration and difficulty in using the application.
The issue is most pronounced in the key navigational elements:
Vertical Tabs and Pinned Tabs: The icons and text labels are minuscule, making quick scanning and identification nearly impossible.
The icons for "Windows" (Workspaces): This area is particularly problematic. Not only are the fonts and icons tiny, but the color contrast is severely lacking. The icon/label color is often too close to the background, effectively hiding the critical navigation element.
For many users, this is not a preference but a necessity for basic usability. Please implement a dedicated setting under Accessibility to control the size of UI elements, especially in the vertical navigation panel.
For people with eyesight problems, vision problems, we are really upset when a tiny font and icon (especially the color is almost same colour as background on for "Windows" (workspaces).
