The idea is to substitute the items for a separation line, and context menus, with the 2 button options available.
I also suggest the percentage to be shown in the name and an extra Fullscreen item in the context menu, similar to Chrome, but this might be out-of-scope.
It's useful for less stuff in your toolbar and for the overflow menu to be organized, without losing current functionality, or adding different items.
