When there are two or more windows open on orion simultaneously and a pinned tab is reloaded it loads in the incorrect window, and then breaks functinoality for all tabs until the application is fully quit and reopened. Behavior has persisted over multiple release versions and MacOS versions.
I expect the tab to open in the tab itself, and for each tab to be the correct tab.
