This is happening each time Orion is restarted. Doesn't seem to happen if ublock origin is disabled. Not sure if the issue is with Ublock or with the inbuild content blocker when Ublock is installed.
Work-around:
When you get the error, Reset to default settings from the ublock origin dashboard or restore the backup file. Both seems to reset ublock and you would be able to browse as usual again.
Tried the above a few times and it did work each time. If for some reason, ublock doesn't block the ads, you can disable ublock and enable again for it to work
