Changing Orion's toolbar items to display 'Icon and Text' as opposed to 'Icon Only' causes views to leave toolbar bounds

As you can see, the bookmark bar leaves the bounds of the toolbar, slightly fringing over the page contents.

Expected functionality:
Orion toolbar elements stay within the toolbar bounds, regardless of the content/settings of the toolbar.
