Confusing bug reporting form OS version prompt

The prompt to make issues asks 'What version of Orion and OS are you running?'
The OS part is made redundant as you answer that question separately.
Suggestion: change it to 'What version of Orion are you running?'

Some updates are in the pipeline, and this is one of the things I also want to see fixed.
@RoxyRoxyRoxy would you be able to get rid of that unnecessary "and OS" bit?
