Adjusting the sidebar is laggy

It is observable that Orion's sidebar is extremely laggy during resize, this is not ideal behaviour.

Expected functionality:
Resizing Orion's sidebar is smooth, like other SwiftUI/AppKit apps including Safari.

Version 0.99.137-beta (WebKit 623.1.8.0.0)

Update to this: Expanding/Collapsing the sidebar also causes this lag, as seen in this video

(Along with another potential bug where the sidebar collapse/expand button does not stay within the sidebar, and instead lies in the toolbar.)
