When attempting to move the current tab group in the tab group list ( sidebar > tab group menu downwards arrow > drag opened tab group), the list UI freezes, then closes; the tab group is not moved.
To replicate: create at least two tab groups (A and B), so the list shows A,B, vertically. Open tab group A. Then attempt to move it below B , so the list would be B,A.
In Safari, this does not happen.
The video below shows first attempting to move an open tab group, and after attempting to move a closed tab group.
I expect reordering the list is possible at all times.
