Bookmarks Toolbar too close to bottom edge of container

(this is very low priority...)

The Bookmarks Toolbar is very close to the bottom edge of the (...top bar?), such that it appears to be a CSS or design mistake.

Does it happen in Safari?

I don't think Safari has a bookmarks toolbar

Bookmarks should be more centered vertically between the bottom edge and the URL bar.

It was normally fixed. It's not pretty and therefore it's a high priority 🙂
