"Label" sidebar appears upon every startup or new window creation

To clarify, the fix is already live on Version 0.99.137.2-rc (WebKit 623.1.8.0.0).

Steps to Reproduce:

Open a new window, using the menu or cmd-N (or quit and re-launch Orion)
Grab one of the sides or corners and resize the window (larger or smaller - same outcome)

Observed

The window spits, with a sidebar appearing on the right side. The sidebar has the title "Label":

Note that this happens irrespective of which website is being displayed (and also happens with a new, empty window, without a site loaded)

Additional info

If the sidebar is closed after its initial appearance, and the window is re-sized larger and smaller, the sidebar does not appear again; it only happens for new windows.
