PDF links don't display in the browser

When clicking on a PDF, the window that opens doesn't display the PDF and just shows a blank page.

This test was carried out on a clean profile with no extensions installed. This has been confirmed across numerous sites.

When clickign on a link to a PDF, I would expect it to open in the new window within the browser.

i made a script in violent monkey for this. but for script , you have to write it without any quote bc a buf in orion cache
