[iOS] Ad Filter Issues

Hi,

It seems Adblock filters are inconsistent and not working on some sites. In the example below Orion RC rendered ad on the top portion of the screen:

App version: 1.3.29 (7) (WebKit 8615.3.12.10.2)
System version: 16.6.1
Device type: iPhone 13 Pro
Regular tabs: https://e.mail.ru/inbox/?mt_click_id=mt-puzcp2-1761156914-965902985&mv=1

Any chance to fix this problem?
