Install an extension that has a context menu, such as Kagi Translate, disable it in the settings, then return to the webpage. Long‑press text on the page to bring up the context menu, then select the extension menu, and you will find that even when the extension is disabled in settings, the context menu still appears.
After disabling the extension, the webpage context menu should not display the disabled extension.
