Bitwarden extension - auto-fill does not work in certain websites

I had the same issue with the empty vault after updating the Bitwarden extension to the latest version, but restarting the browser seemed to fix it (in my case).

Update: The version in "Popular Extensions" works normally, but not the latest (both Chrome/Firefox store)

@Scorebook9277 @orionlover the issue should disappear on Orion relaunch.

dino Just tested (uninstall Bitwarden, install the latest addon from addons.mozilla.org, login, then restart the browser).
Bitwarden then asked me for a PIN (however I've never set one since I reinstalled) and I can't enter at all which means I have to logout then in again. Which then still has the same issue (no items). But this time pressing "Sync" manually worked. And the extension kept working since then.

Just thought I'd confirm for anyone else in the same boat that restarting the browser resolved the issue for my website in question. To clarify, I installed Bitwarden via Popular Extensions and autofill was working for several other sites.

Bitwarden version: 2025.2.0
Orion version: Version 0.99.134-beta (WebKit 619.1.11.111.2)
Both latest at time of posting

Thanks again to @dino for the tip! I'll keep an eye out if this issue arises for other websites in the future.

Autofill is not working at all, for both 'Firefox/Chrome' extensions.
Safari Extension doesn't even load, with an infinite loop.

I thought now that Orion itself claims it has reached 1.0, basic issues like this must have been solved right?

So I redownloaded Orion, installed Bitwarden from Popular Extensions, and even tried a few tricks listed in this thread but alas, autofill is apparently still a bridge too far for Orion.
How anyone can use this browser is genuinely beyond me...
