When you want to click the address bar, for example to copy the current url, you think you are going to click on the text, but as soon as you hover the mouse over the address bar, the icons on the left expect, and you end up clicking on one of the icons, even if you didn't plan to. And what adds to the issue is that sometimes it opens a popup that requires moving the mouse to it to close. Sometimes it happens to me multiple times in a row. If you want to actually click the RSS icon for example, it also requires some hunting with the mouse cursor.
I expect clickable UI elements to remain stationary.
Possible solution to this UX problem:
Keep some of the icons stationary, RSS and SSL, for example, and if user hovers one of them, display the remaining icons next to them, but just fade them in, don't slide them to the side.
