Full screen top bar leaves gap on the sides

When going full screen, the top bar still tries to retain the rounded corners on the sides and it create a space on either side of the bar. This does not happen in safari.

Expected it to behave like safari where the top bar just fills the edges.

It's not fixed, I've started getting it too since the 136.3.1 hot fix. Switching between different tab modes, mini vs regular size, and windowed/fullscreen can sometimes lead to even worse problems too:
