“Close Tabs & Clear Data” button doesn’t close tabs

Clicking the “Close Tabs & Clear Data” button does not clear tabs.

Open some tabs
Click the “Close Tabs & Clear Data” button
Notice that the tabs freeze and don’t clear
Workaround: Click tab button to open tab sidebar and then click tab button again and the tabs go away

Can reproduce on iPhone and iPad.
