"Close Other Tabs" is not always shown for vertical tabs

"Close Other Tabs" is not always shown for vertical tabs.

Both tabs near that one show the option:

Similar to https://orionfeedback.org/d/10053-always-show-close-other-tabs-option-with-more-than-one-tab-open, but I don't think that it's related? That one seems like intended behaviour, but mine sounds like a bug.

I routinely have 100+ tabs open, and tabs right in the middle don't have any consistency that I've noticed regarding that option.

I expect that tabs that sit right in the middle of the list always contain the option to "Close Other Tabs"

I kinda think that there is an overall problem with tab accounting, I've started to notice a lot of stuff:

current tab is not always highlighted
C-Tab sometimes switches tabs out of order
C-Tab sometimes switches to a tab that is completely not present in the tab list. That is, a tab I have previously opened, but later closed.
tab preview on the left does not match with the tab content
using the "close tabs above" on the current tab closes lots of tabs, including the current tab, and I end up in an inconsistent state where the current tab is clearly present in the main view, but is clearly absent from the tab sidebar.

Reopening the browser seems to help for a while, maybe there is some kind of leak or concurrency bug that is only reproducible after a while? Let me know if you need any additional debug info.
