Filter rules with the :has-text() cosmetic filters are not supported on Orion Mobile (I don't know about the desktop app).
For instance, the following rule from the yt-neuter GitHub repository to hide the Shorts section on YouTube mobile website is not working:
m.youtube.com##ytm-pivot-bar-item-renderer:has(.pivot-bar-item-title:has-text(Shorts))
Even simplier rules like: orionfeedback.org##span:has-text(Suggestions) also have no effect.
