The New Tab button on the toolbar does not respect website color when using vertical tabs

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Install Version 0.99.136.2-rc (WebKit 623.1.8.0.0)
Create a new profile
Enable Vertical tabs and make sure Show website color for compact & vertical tabs is enabled
Go to e.g. https://orionfeedback.org or https://lobste.rs
Look at the toolbar

Expected behavior:
The background for the button should match other buttons.
On compact tabs everything works as expected:

@laiz This seems to be an issue with the RC updater - it downloads the macOS 14 build when updating on macOS 26 - which is why the backgrounds are weird and there's no liquid glass. The correct macOS 26 build shouldn't have these problems. I'm going to mark this closed for now; we are actively looking into the RC updater issue.

The title bar of the window or panel associated with the "Plus" button does not change to match the custom title bar color set for the main browser window. It remains a default system color, resulting in a visually inconsistent and potentially jarring user interface.

Expected Result

The title bar of all browser windows and panels, including the one associated with the "Plus" button, should consistently use the custom title bar color selected by the user in the settings.

Relevant Context

The issue is specific to the "Plus" button's UI component; other parts of the browser may correctly respect the title bar color.
