No way to create a new tab

This is a newly opened profile.
I just close the top tree of all sleeping tabs
Then tried to create a new tab by
1) Clicking on the + button
2) Using the right click menu

No new tab
Also use file->New tab (not on the video)

Tab management is just getting worse each release. I have not seen this error before.

It almost feels like if you do any thing with tabs that are sleeping then you need to close and restart Orion.

I get a new tab

Version 0.99.136.1-rc (WebKit 623.1.8.0.0)

Thanks for the report, @bestlem. I’ve been able to reproduce this issue and we’ll work on a fix at high priority.

I’m sorry for the frustration with tabs, and thank you for sticking with Orion and taking the time to report this. We’re a very small team, and we’re doing our best to fix these issues quickly and improve tab reliability.
