Overflow Menu broken in latest RC

Overflow Menu seems to be broken in the latest RC - Version 0.99.136.1-rc (WebKit 623.1.8.0.0)

I can buttons to it but not rearrange or remove them

Anyone else having this issue?

I expect to be able to add buttons to Overflow Menum plus rearrange and/or remove them

Nice catch! I am able to reproduce this.

I am able to reorder the buttons in the Customize window, but clicking Done seems to revert all changes.
If I attempt to edit toolbar again without relaunching Orion, the edit menu pops up without the overflow menu section.
