Ability to switch back to non-private tab without unlocking private tab

To reproduce:

Would like some method to go back to non-private tabs without having to unlock private tab first.

Essentially you'd like the tab bar to be outside of the locked screen area?

That could work. Any method to switch back to non-private tab without unlocking would suffice.
