Thank you for responding. When I open Orion, while there is an initial CPU spike, the CPU load is still significant after the spike is over, as opposed to Safari which has a smaller spike and minimal CPU load after opening. I tried Firefox with a similar number of tabs open, and it has an initial spike (a little smaller than Orion and then it goes to little CPU usage (though not as efficient as Safari. (Screenshots included below)
The sample process for Orion is also below.
CPU Load for Safari:

As you can see there is an initial spike upon opening but after the spike, safari becomes very efficient.
CPU Load for Firefox:

There's also a spike here, but after the spike wears off, keeping Firefox open results in higher CPU usage than keeping Safari open.
