Instances to allow independent workspaces with independent favorites,reading lists and even wallpapers would be nice

am really enjoying orion was on the hunt for a browser to replace safari and yall scatched that itch, instances for each workspace would be nice

When it comes to "instances for each workspace" I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean. Have you tried Orion's profiles? Each profile is a separate Orion app completely and securely separated from each other. Give it a go and let us know if that's what you're looking for?
