Background script unresponsive in Orion extension.

When I open the “Popup Blocker (Strict)” extension in Orion, I see the message:
“The background script seems to be unresponsive. Do you want to try restarting the extension?”

I installed the “Popup Blocker (Strict)” extension and then tried to open it.

Note: The extension was installed from the Chrome Web Store. I also enabled the “Chrome Extensions” option in Orion settings.

I expected the “Popup Blocker (Strict)” extension to open normally and work without showing any error message. The desired functionality is for the extension to run its background script smoothly and block pop-ups as intended. It did not behave like this in the previous version.
