Switching to site with a Video causes Picture in Picture Mode to activate automatically

I experienced a self activation of PiP while watching a video on YouTube.

I expected no PiP to activate while visiting the video tab.

Version 0.99.136-rc (WebKit 622.1.15.19.2)

Could you share a video of this?
When I switch to the video tab in step 6, it is paused because I closed the PiP window and no auto-PiP is triggered.
