Exiting Full Screen Mode causes Tabs in sidebar to be greyed out

I noticed while exiting Full Screen Mode tabs appear greyed out in the sidebar.

Enter Full Screen Mode for a video
Switch to another app
Swithc back to Full Screen Window
Close Full Screen Window
Tabs appear greyed out, exiting only possibly while pressing once again ESC and clicking to let Orion know the app is focused.
