I think I have the same issue. But for me it seems to be triggerd by looking at DataDog dashboards.
The observed behaviour is:
- MouseOver events don't work at all anymore.
- Cursor doesn't change when hovering over a link or button
- In DataDog hovering over a graph no longer shows the details at this point in the graph.
When this happens, this affects all tabs. Even newly opened tabs in the browser. So it may or may not be site specific.
The only thing that seems to fix it temporarily is quiting Orion and restarting it.
