Address Bar disappearing upon creating a new Tab in Sidebar

After losing internet connectivity and connecting via a mobile hotspot I experienced various issues involving no URL in address bar, tabs not switching, transparent address bar and greyed out tabs.

This issue occured after following steps I have taken today:

Lost connectivity
Disconnected from wifi
Opened another application
Connected to mobile hotspot (iOS)
Went to tab bar (all items greyed out)
Clicked add new tab button

The expected result is a functional address that shows the correct URL, isn't transparent and the Add Tab button working as expected.

Hi, when you say opened another application, do you just mean switching to it, opening a new window of it, or a new process entirely? What application?

I switched to Cursor, Finder, Kiro and then back to Orion while using the hide APP functionality.

Issues experienced on latest RC while using multiple instances with the same profile:

Tabs greyed out
Tab number incorrect
Clicking X button causes Startpage to appear, tabs not deleting
Selecting tabs does not work after switching from bottom to top tab (multi-selection)
Back button causes a child tab to appear ( use arrow in the top left)
Tab titles not updating
Tabs showing a different site than they are supposed to
different URL in address bar, from previous tab
URL in address bar not updating or showing no URL at all
