If you swipe away the last tab in the browser, then promptly swipe away the app card, the next time you load up Orion the new tab it created will not be clickable. You have to swipe the app card away again to get it working.
If you let the new tab animation finish after you close the last tab, then swipe the app away, it behaves normally.
If you interrupt the new tab that gets spawned after you close the last one, but interrupt the animation by closing the app card too fast, it should remain clickable and not soft lock.
