[Regression] Background audio doesn't work on Orion 1.3.27 (5)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Install Orion 1.3.27 (5) from TestFlight
Make sure Settings → Browsing → Enable Background Audio is enabled
Go to YouTube
Open any video with audio
With the video playing, move Orion to background or press the power button to lock the screen
In both cases, the video is paused

Expected behavior:
The behavior should match that of Orion 1.3.27 (4) where the background audio works as expected.

Fixed on 1.3.27 (6).
