Please Delete - not a bug. "Open all pinned tabs on launch" was a new? setting that was checked.

When opening Orion, pinned vertical tabs are suspended but are missing the moon icon.

Clicking "suspend other tabs" puts the moon icon on all the tabs.

Pinned tabs should open suspended and have the moon icon.

On further testing it seems that all the tabs are opening automatically in order from top to bottom and not staying suspended.
