Closing the tab overview and then force-closing the app has no effect, the same behavior persists.
Closing the tabs, waiting 10 seconds, then force-closing the app also has no effect.
Doing both of these behaviors (closing tabs, being sure the tab overview is closed, then waiting an additional 10 seconds) also has no effect.
I thought it might be some weird debounce/async thing happening, too, but I can't seem to find any reliable sequence of actions that makes the tabs work like I'd expect anymore.
