As requested by @RoxyRoxyRoxy I think that the last visual state of Orion should be displayed after it is quit. For example, when previously on a specific tab, that specific tab should be shown; when previously on no tab and observing a particular set of tabs, that overview should be shown. It currently (for the most part, see #11450) just defaults to the last open tab. The last visual state should instead be defaulted to, much like how it is when one simply closes and reopens (not quits and reopens) the app. See screen recording below for reference.
