Okok Do you have sync enabled on your device and on another device with Orion?

Also, is this in a saved Tab Group, or the default, unnamed Tab Group?

I am having the same problem on the latest version of Orion from the Apple app store on the latest iPadOS. I have a named tab group with eight tabs in a specific order. If I leave and go back to the tab group, the tabs correctly remain in order. However, when I quit Orion and start it again (or when Orion crashes and requires a restart), the tabs are there; however, they are out of order.
