Dropdown menu stops working on particular webpage

On one particular website, www.td.com, the dropdown Login menu stops working. I'm not sure if it's after a certain time period or after I'm logged out, but in any case the only way I have found to get it working again is to quit and restart Orion. Refreshing the page doesn't help.

Instead of the dropdown menu that is supposed to show up, instead only a blank white bar shows up, as seen in the attached photos. It doesn't happen in Safari.

Expect to see a dropdown menu with a list of options like this:

@JonathanLilly I understand it is annoying to deal with bugs that seem to happen randomly, but is there anything else you are able to share about this bug so it can be reliably reproduced? For example:

go to the page, wait 30 minutes, the menu no longer works
go to the page, lock your mac, sign back in, the menu no longer works
etc.

I can't reproduce the problem on Orion Beta or Orion RC either.
Be careful, because sometimes plugins hide cookie banners, but certain site features are blocked if you don't accept cookies.
