When watching content on Dropout tv the video player will not show closed caption or how much time has passed in the show. I sadly do not know what they use to provide the video player however after doing an inspect elements it's either Vimeo or https://embed.vhx.tv/
I expect the closed captioning to work properly as well as the scrolling time remaning in the video should be accurate
