Tab group name/icon editing pane visually persists after changing icon

When changing a tab group's icon, the icon successfully changes but the pane does not go away when clicking Save. One has to click away from the editing pane for it to go away. The occurrence of this bug is not consistent, and only happens now and then. Screen recording below for reference.

Roughly how common would you say it is? I spent a couple of minutes changing my saved window icons but not once was I able to reproduce this issue.
