On start up, for about 10 minutes, all tabs are missing text titles and icons. This is the same for whatever layout I use. The icons and titles on the bookmarks bar also suffer the same issue.
The browser works fine during this time, but is a bit confusing to use until the titles and the icons show up. After around 10 minutes or so, the tabs suddenly appear correctly on both the tabs and the bookmark bar (I have not included the bookmarks bar in the following screenshot for privacy reasons).
Apologies if this has been reported before, but searching for this brings up many issues regarding tab contents, but this is not the case here, only the titles and icons are missing whilst the web pages in the tabs themselves function correctly.
The tabs should show their icons and titles at start up.
