Internet radio streams dont work

Steps to reproduce:
Open an internet radio stream, such as one of the following:
https://radiostudent.si/
http://www.kanal103.com.mk/info.php?lang=1&mb=6
https://worm.org/projects/radio-worm/

Click on their listen button

Expected behavior:
The radio is supposed to stream but usually I just get a loading symbol that does not ever stop. This is regardless of the compatibility mode.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
macOS 12.0.1 - Orion Version 0.99.109.1-beta (WebKit 613.1.12)

Can reproduce this. In the console when testing the third link (radio-worm), I notice the following in the console:

Failed to load resource: Plug-in handled load

I get the same issue on Safari Tech Preview as well, but the regular "release" version of Safari works fine.

I guess it's a webkit bug in recent versions?

Same problem with: https://www.ndr.de/nachrichten/info/programm/livestream150.html

Compatibility mode does not help. Release version of Safari is working here as expected.
