Tab (opened via middle click) viewport cropped from the top

I remember there was an issue like this some time ago which has been fixed (can't find the issue rn), but I see new occurrences for one.

A tab opened via midle click (did this in google) (shortcut via BetterTouchTool) opens a tab with a cropped viewport from the top:
